Recombinant Nrf1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Nrf1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110312) against Nrf1. This gene encodes a protein that homodimerizes and functions as a transcription factor which activates the expression of some key metabolic genes regulating cellular growth and nuclear genes required for respiration, heme biosynthesis, and mitochondrial DNA transcription and replication. The protein has also been associated with the regulation of neurite outgrowth. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse, Rat and Bovine samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela, NIH/3T3. The target is localized to the nucleus.
