Recombinant Nucleolin Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Nucleolin Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C210586) against Nucleolin. Nucleolin (NCL), a eukaryotic nucleolar phosphoprotein, is involved in the synthesis and maturation of ribosomes. It is located mainly in dense fibrillar regions of the nucleolus. Human NCL gene consists of 14 exons with 13 introns and spans approximately 11kb. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A549. The target is localized to the nucleus.
