Recombinant Oct-2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Oct-2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C310420) against Oct-2. The protein encoded by this gene is a homeobox-containing transcription factor of the POU domain family. The encoded protein binds the octamer sequence 5'-ATTTGCAT-3', a common transcription factor binding site in immunoglobulin gene promoters. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Raji. The target is localized to the nucleus.
