The Recombinant OPCML Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C121236) against OPCML. OPCML is a highly conserved glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchoring protein, which belongs to the IgLON family. OPCML inhibits the hallmark phenotypes of a variety of cancers in vitro and exerts a tumor suppressor effect in vivo by downregulating/inactivating a specific spectrum of Receptor Tyrosine Kinases (RTKs), including EphA2, FGFR1, FGFR3, HER2, HER4, and AXL. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC-P applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse brain. The target is localized to the membrane.
