Recombinant PAP Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant PAP Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C311242) against PAP. A non-specific tyrosine phosphatase that dephosphorylates a diverse number of substrates under acidic conditions (pH 4-6) including alkyl, aryl, and acyl orthophosphate monoesters and phosphorylated proteins. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P and ICC/IF applications. The target is localized to the secreted, lysosome memebrane.
