Recombinant PGP9.5 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant PGP9.5 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110662) against PGP9.5. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the peptidase C12 family. This enzyme is a thiol protease that hydrolyzes a peptide bond at the C-terminal glycine of ubiquitin. This gene is specifically expressed in the neurons and in cells of the diffuse neuroendocrine system. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of SH-SY5Y. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
