The Recombinant PHF2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C331573) against PHF2. PHD finger protein 2 (PHF2), also known as JHDM1E (Jumonji C domain-containing histone demethylase 1E) or GRC5, is a 1101 amino acid protein, which contains one JmjC domain and one PHD-type zinc finger. PHF2 belongs to the JHDM1 histone demethylase family and localizes in the nucleus. PHF2 demethylases both histones and non-histione proteins. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, MCF-7. The target is localized to the nucleus.
