The Recombinant Phospho-CDC37 (Ser13) Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110669) against CDC37 (Ser13). The protein encoded by this gene is highly similar to Cdc 37, a cell division cycle control protein of Sacchromyces cerevisiae. This protein is a molecular chaperone with specific function in cell signal transduction. It has been shown to form complex with Hsp90 and a variety of protein kinases including CDK4, CDK6, SRC, RAF-1, MOK, as well as eIF2 alpha kinases. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of PC-12 and IHC analysis of Human brain tissue, Mouse brain tissue. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
