Recombinant PRDM1/Blimp1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant PRDM1/Blimp1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C331368) against PRDM1/Blimp1. This gene encodes a protein that acts as a repressor of beta-interferon gene expression. The protein binds specifically to the PRDI (positive regulatory domain I element) of the beta-IFN gene promoter. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Jurkat, HeLa. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
