Recombinant Profilin 2/PFN2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Profilin 2/PFN2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C130173) against PFN2. The protein encoded by this gene is a ubiquitous actin monomer-binding protein belonging to the profilin family. It is thought to regulate actin polymerization in response to extracellular signals. There are two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms described for this gene. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of MCF-7, HCT116, SH-SY5Y, Mouse brain, Rat brain.
