Recombinant PTBP1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant PTBP1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C223388) against PTBP1. This gene belongs to the subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs). The hnRNPs are RNA-binding proteins and they complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA). These proteins are associated with pre-mRNAs in the nucleus and appear to influence pre-mRNA processing and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Hamster samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC-P applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela, CHO-K1, Ramos and IHC analysis of Human tonsil.
