Recombinant PTGER2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant PTGER2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111264) against PTGER2. Receptor for prostaglandin E2 (PGE2). The activity of this receptor is mediated by G(s) proteins that stimulate adenylate cyclase. The subsequent raise in intracellular cAMP is responsible for the relaxing effect of this receptor on smooth muscle. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of JAR, Mouse spleen, Rat spleen and IHC analysis of Human colon, Mouse colon. The target is localized to the membrane.
