Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, A549, 4T1 and IF analysis of U-2 OS. The target is localized to the membrane, cytoplasmic vesicle, endosome.
