Recombinant RAP1A+RAP1B Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant RAP1A+RAP1B Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111373) against RAP1A+RAP1B. Rap1 is a member of the Ras family of small GTPases. It undergoes a change in conformational state and activity, depending on whether it is bound to GTP or GDP. This protein is activated by several types of guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs), and inactivated by two groups of GTPase-activating proteins (GAPs). Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela, C6 and IHC analysis of Mouse tongue. The target is localized to the membrane, cytoplasm.
