Recombinant RBX1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant RBX1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111411) against RBX1. RBX1 is a RING finger-like domain-containing protein. This protein interacts with cullin proteins and likely plays a role in ubiquitination processes necessary for cell cycle progression. This protein may also affect protein turnover. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by IHC analysis of Human lung and IF analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
