Recombinant ROCK2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ROCK2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111272) against ROCK2. Rho associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ROCK2 gene. Fasudil is an inhibitor of ROCK protein. The protein encoded by this gene is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates cytokinesis, smooth muscle contraction, the formation of actin stress fibers and focal adhesions, and the activation of the c-fos serum response element. This protein, which is an isozyme of ROCK1 is a target for the small GTPase Rho. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, A549, Mouse brain, Rat brain, SH-SY5Y, IHC analysis of Human colon cancer, IF analysis of HeLa and IP analysis of HeLa cells extracts. The target is localized to the membrane, cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, nucleus.
