The Recombinant RON Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C331622) against RON. Ron is a member of the Met protooncogene family of receptor tyrosine kinases, which also includes Stk, c-Met, and c-Sea. The functional Ron is a heterodimer composed of a 40 kDa α chain and a 150 kDa β chain. Ron is initially synthesized in the cells as a single-chain, pro Ron precursor that is cleaved into the two active chains. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of SW480, HT-29. The target is localized to the membrane.
