Recombinant RPS3 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant RPS3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111578) against RPS3. Ribosomal protein S3 (RPS3) is a component of the 40S ribosomal subunit and is involved in translation. HSP90 interacts with both the amino-terminus and carboxy-terminus of RPS3, preventing its ubiquitination and degradation and thereby retaining the integrity of the ribosome. RPS3 has also been shown to function as an endonuclease during DNA damage repair. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P and ICC/IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of 293 and IF analysis of 3T3. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
