Recombinant RRM1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant RRM1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C170564) against RRM1. This gene encodes the large and catalytic subunit of ribonucleotide reductase, an enzyme essential for the conversion of ribonucleotides into deoxyribonucleotides. A pool of available deoxyribonucleotides is important for DNA replication during S phase of the cell cycle as well as multiple DNA repair processes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of U2OS. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
