The Recombinant SBDS Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111346) against SBDS. This gene encodes a highly conserved protein that plays an essential role in ribosome biogenesis. The encoded protein interacts with elongation factor-like GTPase 1 to disassociate eukaryotic initiation factor 6 from the late cytoplasmic pre-60S ribosomal subunit allowing assembly of the 80S subunit. Mutations within this gene are associated with the autosomal recessive disorder Shwachman-Bodian-Diamond syndrome. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of 293T, CaCO-2, Mouse lung, Rat lung, IHC analysis of Human kidney, Mouse kidney, Rat kidney and IF analysis of Hela. The target is localized to the Cell nucleus and Cytoplasm.
