The Recombinant SMARCD1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C271421) against SMARCD1. SWI/SNF-related matrix-associated actin-dependent regulator of chromatin subfamily D member 1(SMARCD1) is a protein that is encoded by the SMARCD1 gene in human. SMARCD1 involved in transcriptional activation and repression of select genes by chromatin remodeling (alteration of DNA- nucleosome topology). It is a component of SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complexes that carry out key enzymatic activities, changing chromatin structure by altering DNA-histone contacts within a nucleosome in an ATP-dependent manner. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, A431, Rat brain, A549, HL-60 and IF analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the nucleus.
