Recombinant SOD1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant SOD1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111291) against SOD1. Destroys radicals which are normally produced within the cells and which are toxic to biological systems. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, HepG2, Jurkat, Mouse brain, Rat brain, IHC analysis of Mouse kidney, Mouse liver and IF analysis of HeLa, NIH3T3. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
