The Recombinant ST13 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C221287) against ST13. One HIP oligomer binds the ATPase domains of at least two HSC70 molecules dependent on activation of the HSC70 ATPase by HSP40. Stabilizes the ADP state of HSC70 that has a high affinity for substrate protein. Through its own chaperone activity, it may contribute to the interaction of HSC70 with various target proteins. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and FCM applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse brain, IHC analysis of Mouse brain and FCM analysis of HepG2. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
