Recombinant STAT5b Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant STAT5b Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110302) against Stat5B. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the STAT family of transcription factors. In response to cytokines and growth factors, STAT family members are phosphorylated by the receptor associated kinases, and then form homo- or heterodimers that translocate to the cell nucleus where they act as transcription activators. This protein mediates the signal transduction triggered by various cell ligands, such as IL2, IL4, CSF1, and different growth hormones. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A549, Mouse thymus, Mouse brain, Mouse testis, PC-12, Rat thymus, Rat skeletal muscle. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
