Recombinant STUB1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant STUB1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C170085) against STUB1. This gene encodes a protein containing tetratricopeptide repeat and a U-box that functions as a ubiquitin ligase/cochaperone. The encoded protein binds to and ubiquitinates shock cognate 71 kDa protein (Hspa8) and DNA polymerase beta (Polb), among other targets. Mutations in this gene cause spinocerebellar ataxia, autosomal recessive 16. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, ICC/IF and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, Jurkat, 293T, K-562, MCF-7, NIH/3T3, Mouse brain, Mouse liver, PC-12, Rat brain, Rat liver and IF analysis of HeLa.
