Recombinant TGF beta 1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant TGF beta 1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C133227) against TGF beta 1. TGFB, also named as LAP and TGFB1, is a multifunctional peptide that controls proliferation, differentiation, and other functions in many cell types. TGFB acts synergistically with TGFA in inducing transformation. It also acts as a negative autocrine growth factor. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Jurkat, C6.
