The Recombinant Tissue Factor Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C123399) against Tissue Factor. This gene encodes coagulation factor III which is a cell surface glycoprotein. This factor enables cells to initiate the blood coagulation cascades, and it functions as the high-affinity receptor for the coagulation factor VII. The resulting complex provides a catalytic event that is responsible for initiation of the coagulation protease cascades by specific limited proteolysis. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC-P applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela, A549, MCF-7, U251, HL-60 and IHC analysis of Human lung cancer. The target is localized to the membrane.
