Recombinant TRIM25 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant TRIM25 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C773278) against TRIM25. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to the cytoplasm. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562, Rat Rat Brain, C6, Hela and IHC analysis of MCF-7. The target is localized to the Cytoplasm. Colocalized with DDX58 at cytoplasmic perinuclear bodies.
