The Recombinant TSG101 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C170653) against TSG101. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to a group of apparently inactive homologs of ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes. The gene product contains a coiled-coil domain that interacts with stathmin, a cytosolic phosphoprotein implicated in tumorigenesis. The protein may play a role in cell growth and differentiation and act as a negative growth regulator. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Jurkat. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nuclear.
