Recombinant WWOX Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant WWOX Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111312) against WWOX. Acts as a tumor suppressor and plays a role in apoptosis. May function synergistically with p53/TP53 to control genotoxic stress-induced cell death. Plays a role in TGFB1 signaling and TGFB1-mediated cell death. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and FCM applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of MCF-7, Mouse ovary, Rat brain, IHC analysis of Human testis, Human cerebrum, Rat cerebrum, IF analysis of MCF7, MDA-MB-231(Negative cell line) and FCM analysis of MCF-7. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
