Recombinant YTHDC2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant YTHDC2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C333302) against YTHDC2. YTHDC2, also named as Probable ATP-dependent RNA helicase YTHDC2, is a 1430 amino acid protein, which belongs to the DEAD box helicase family. YTHDC2 specifically recognizes and binds N6-methyladenosine (m6A)-containing RNAs. M6A is a modification present at internal sites of mRNAs and some non-coding RNAs and plays a role in the efficiency of mRNA splicing, processing and stability. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela, A549, HL-60, U251, U87-MG.
