The General Vitamin D2 (VD2) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of Vitamin D2 levels in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity for accurate and reproducible results, making it ideal for research applications in the fields of nutrition, endocrinology, and disease prevention.Vitamin D2, also known as ergocalciferol, is crucial for maintaining calcium and phosphorus levels in the body, supporting bone health, and regulating immune function.
Deficiencies in Vitamin D2 have been linked to a variety of health issues, including osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, and autoimmune disorders.By accurately measuring Vitamin D2 levels, researchers and healthcare professionals can assess an individual's nutritional status, optimize supplementation strategies, and effectively monitor treatment outcomes. This General Vitamin D2 ELISA Kit provides a valuable tool for advancing scientific understanding and improving patient care in the realm of Vitamin D research.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
Step
