Description
Human CD105/ENG Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human CD105/ENG Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Thr27-Gly581, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 62.49 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Endoglin (CD105/ENG) is a ~70 kDa protein. Vascular endothelium glycoprotein that plays an important role in the regulation of angiogenesis. For research use only.
Required for normal structure and integrity of adult vasculature. Regulates the migration of vascular endothelial cells. Required for normal extraembryonic angiogenesis and for embryonic heart development. May regulate endothelial cell shape changes in response to blood flow, which drive vascular remodeling and establishment of normal vascular morphology during angiogenesis.
