Description
Human UBE2H Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human UBE2H Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Leu183, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 22.82 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 H is a ~20 kDa protein. Accepts ubiquitin from the E1 complex and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. For research use only.
E2 ubiquitin conjugating enzyme that transfers ubiquitin to MAEA, a core component of the CTLH E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex. In vitro catalyzes 'Lys-11'- and 'Lys-48'-linked polyubiquitination. Capable, in vitro, to ubiquitinate histone H2A.
