Recombinant ABCE1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ABCE1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C133307) against ABCE1. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intra-cellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies (ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, White). Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562, C6, 3T3, Hela. The target is localized to the Cytoplasm. Mitochondrion. Localized to clusters of virus formation at the plasma membrane.
