Recombinant ALDH1A1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ALDH1A1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110335) against ALDH1A1. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the aldehyde dehydrogenase family. Aldehyde dehydrogenase is the next enzyme after alcohol dehydrogenase in the major pathway of alcohol metabolism. There are two major aldehyde dehydrogenase isozymes in the liver, cytosolic and mitochondrial, which are encoded by distinct genes, and can be distinguished by their electrophoretic mobility, kinetic properties, and subcellular localization. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HepG2. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, cytosol, cell projection, axon.
