Recombinant ASGPR1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ASGPR1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C310137) against ASGR1. This gene encodes a subunit of the asialoglycoprotein receptor. This receptor is a transmembrane protein that plays a critical role in serum glycoprotein homeostasis by mediating the endocytosis and lysosomal degradation of glycoproteins with exposed terminal galactose or N-acetylgalactosamine residues. The asialoglycoprotein receptor may facilitate hepatic infection by multiple viruses including hepatitis B, and is also a target for liver-specific drug delivery. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by IF analysis of HepG2.
