Recombinant BHMT Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant BHMT Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C131069) against BHMT. Involved in the regulation of homocysteine metabolism. Converts betaine and homocysteine to dimethylglycine and methionine, respectively. This reaction is also required for the irreversible oxidation of choline. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse liver. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
