The Recombinant CAB39/MO25 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C331365) against CAB39/MO25. MO25, also called CAB39 (calcium binding protein 39), forms a heterotrimeric complex with an LKB1 (ste20-related adaptor and liver kinase B1) and this complex acts as a major upstream regulator of AMPK-mTOR pathway in mammalian cells. It is well known that AMPK exhibits a number of functions, including the regulation of metabolism, cell polarity, and autophagy in mammalian cells. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HepG2, HeLa. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
