Recombinant Cathepsin B Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Cathepsin B Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C331378) against Cathepsin B. Cathepsin B is a member of the C1 family of peptidases. This protein is a lysosomal cysteine protease with both endopeptidase and exopeptidase activity that may play a role in protein turnover. It is also known as amyloid precursor protein secretase and is involved in the proteolytic processing of amyloid precursor protein (APP). Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A549, A375. The target is localized to the membrane, lysosome, secreted.
