Recombinant CDKN2A/p14ARF Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CDKN2A/p14ARF Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C311238) against CDKN2A/p14ARF. Capable of inducing cell cycle arrest in G1 and G2 phases. Acts as a tumor suppressor. Binds to MDM2 and blocks its nucleocytoplasmic shuttling by sequestering it in the nucleolus. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, IHC analysis of Human lung squamous carcinoma, IF analysis of HeLa and IP analysis of HeLa cells extracts. The target is localized to the mitochondrion, nucleus.
