The Recombinant CIRBP Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C311632) against CIRBP. Cold-induced RNA-binding protein (CIRBP) is a 172-residue, multifunctional sensor protein that was first isolated as a protein induced in mouse fibroblasts cultured at 32ºC. Conversely, CIRBP expression decreases in cells or tissues subjected to increased temperature. The CIRBP protein is composed of an amino-terminal RNA-binding domain and a carboxyl-terminal, glycine-rich domain. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HEK-293,?SH-SY 5Y, SK-MEL-28, IHC analysis of Human endometrium, Human breast cancer and IF analysis of 293T. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
