Recombinant CTEN Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CTEN Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C131125) against CTEN. May be involved in cell migration, cartilage development and in linking signal transduction pathways to the cytoskeleton. May promote apoptosis, via its cleavage by caspase-3. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562, RAW264.7, C6. The target is localized to the cytoskeleton.
