The Recombinant CX3CR1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C331486) against CX3CR1. CX3CR1 is a G-protein-coupled seven-transmembrane chemokine receptor, also known as GPR13 or V28. It is expressed on microglia, astrocytes, NK cells, monocytes/macrophages, and a subpopulation of T cells. CX3CR1 is the receptor for fractalkine (CX3CL1) and mediates both its adhesive and migratory functions. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, SH-SY 5Y. The target is localized to the plasma membrane.
