Recombinant DMRT1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant DMRT1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C331597) against DMRT1. DMRT1, also named as DMT1, belongs to the DMRT family. DMRT1 is one of the most conserved transcription factors in a variety of species and is involved in sex determination and germ cell differentiation. DMRT1 prevents sexual switch from male to female, represses pluripotency, and balances mitosis versus meiosis. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HL-60, LNCap, PC-3. The target is localized to the nucleus, cytoplasm.
