Recombinant DOHH Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant DOHH Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C330408) against DOHH. This gene encodes a metalloenzyme that catalyzes the last step in the conversion of lysine to the unique amino acid hypusine in eukaryotic initiation factor 5A. The encoded protein hydroxylates deoxyhypusine to form hypusine in the mature eukaryotic initiation factor 5A protein. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HEK-293.
