Recombinant EAAT1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant EAAT1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110696) against EAAT1. This gene encodes a member of a member of a high affinity glutamate transporter family. This gene functions in the termination of excitatory neurotransmission in central nervous system. Mutations are associated with episodic ataxia, Type 6. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of U-87MG and IHC analysis of Human brain tissue, Mouse brain tissue. The target is localized to the cell membrane.
