Recombinant EGR1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant EGR1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110961) against EGR1. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the EGR family of C2H2-type zinc-finger proteins. It is a nuclear protein and functions as a transcriptional regulator. The products of target genes it activates are required for differentitation and mitogenesis. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
