Recombinant FRAT1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant FRAT1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C170852) against FRAT1. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the GSK-3-binding protein family. The protein inhibits GSK-3-mediated phosphorylation of beta-catenin and positively regulates the Wnt signaling pathway. It may function in tumor progression and in lymphomagenesis. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
