Recombinant Glucocorticoid Receptor Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Glucocorticoid Receptor Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C173347) against Glucocorticoid Receptor. Receptor for glucocorticoids (GC). Has a dual mode of action: as a transcription factor that binds to glucocorticoid response elements (GRE), both for nuclear and mitochondrial DNA, and as a modulator of other transcription factors. Affects inflammatory responses, cellular proliferation and differentiation in target tissues. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562, 3T3, Hela and IF analysis of Hela.
